The box looked decent enough, but it was kind of plain. Nothing arrived damaged, which was good, but I was expecting a nicer presentation for the price. It was not bad, just did not feel especially impressive either.

I had to reach out to customer service about an issue I was having, and they got back to me quickly, which was nice because I was expecting to wait longer. They were helpful and did get it sorted out in the end, so no real complaints there. It did take one extra day longer than I thought it would, which was a little annoying at the time, but overall it was a good experience
